Shipping to US, EU, UK and Canada

Orders from our US, EU, UK and CA warehouses are expected to be delivered within 1–2 weeks from the purchase date.

Pre-order items are scheduled to arrive within February, with deliveries beginning as follows:

  • 1st half of February for US and CA
  • 2nd half of February for EU and UK

Update (21/11): Due to high demand, we have arranged an additional production wave (Wave 2) now available for pre-order and scheduled for delivery in April.

Shipping to Asia, Australia and Rest of the World

New stock is available for pre-order for customers in Asia, Australia, and most other international regions.

These products are expected to arrive at our EU warehouse from the second half of
February, after which they will be shipped using international delivery services.

International customers are responsible for any applicable local taxes, import duties, or customs fees upon delivery.

Due to high demand, we have also opened a new wave of pre-orders (Wave 2), which is scheduled for delivery in April.

Orders and Processing
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? Plus

Yes, you can modify or cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been processed for shipping. Contact support at support@reggiegames.com as soon as possible to make changes.

Can I change my shipping address? Plus

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at support@reggiegames.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed and shipped.

Shipping and Delivery Time
When will in-stock items be delivered? Plus

In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 weeks from the time your order is placed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the time of year.

Update (21/11): With the addition of Wave 2 of pre-orders, we have updated our shipping procedure for orders that include items with different availability or delivery schedules. From now on, those orders will be consolidated into a single shipment that is sent out once every item is available. Some bundles, such as the Gameplay All-In or Everything Primal, are an exception and follow their own specific shipping rules. Please refer to the product page for the exact details.

We previously shipped in-stock products immediately and delivered pre-order items separately once they arrived in our warehouses.

With the introduction of Wave 2 pre-orders, our policy has changed. For all new orders, if your order includes items with different availability or delivery schedules, they will be consolidated into a single shipment that will be dispatched once all items are available.

Some bundles, such as the Gameplay All-In or Everything Primal, are an exception and follow their own specific shipping rules. Please refer to the product page for the exact details.

How will know when my order ships? Plus

You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped from our warehouse.

Customs and International Shipping
Do you offer international shipping? Plus

We ship from our local warehouses in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Europe.

Orders to Australia, Asia, and other international destinations will ship as international shipments from our EU or US warehouses. International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.

Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to some countries, including Brazil, Mexico, and Russia. We are committed to expanding our reach and plan to include more destinations soon.

Will I have to pay customs fees or taxes? Plus

For orders within the EU, UK, US, and Canada, all applicable taxes are included in the price. For international orders outside these regions, you will be responsible for paying any local taxes or customs fees at the time of delivery.

Do US prices include import tariffs? Plus

Yes, US prices account for import tariffs. Due to international uncertainty and the real impact on costs, the US price list for Primal: The Awakening has been updated and unified to reflect the current situation. While we absorb part of the costs and associated risks, a slight price increase is unavoidable.

Can I track my order? Plus

Yes, once your order has shipped from our local warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order online

What should I do if my tracking number isn't working? Plus

Sometimes it takes a day or two for the tracking number to become active. If it’s still
not working after 48 hours, contact us at support@reggiegames.com. There may be a delay in the tracking system updating, but we can help resolve any issue.

Delays and Issues
What if my order is delayed after it has shipped? Plus

If your order is delayed, please check the tracking information for updates. If the delay exceeds the estimated delivery time or if you have concerns, contact us at support@reggiegames.com for assistance. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

What if my package arrives damaged? Plus

If your package arrives significantly damaged, please contact us immediately. We are
happy to provide replacements free of charge for damaged items. Provide photos of the damage and any relevant details to help us process your request efficiently.
