Shipping to US, EU, UK and Canada
Wave 1 (Pre-orders) — Fulfillment is in its final stages. US, CA and UK orders are nearly complete. EU fulfillment is currently underway, with the majority of orders shipping on schedule. A portion of EU orders has experienced a delay in transit from our production facility to the warehouse, and is now expected to ship by the end of March.
Wave 2 (Pre-orders) — Deliveries are on schedule, beginning in the second half of March for US and CA, and in April for EU and UK.
Update (12/3): New orders are expected to be delivered in April.
Shipping to Asia, Australia and Rest of the World
Wave 1 (Pre-orders) — International shipments have experienced a delay in transit from our production facility to the warehouse, and are now expected to ship by the last week of March, continuing through April.
Wave 2 (Pre-orders) — Deliveries are on schedule and expected in April.
Note: International customers are responsible for any applicable local taxes, import duties, or customs fees upon delivery.

Yes, you can modify or cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been processed for shipping. Contact support at support@reggiegames.com as soon as possible to make changes.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at support@reggiegames.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed and shipped.
In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 weeks from the time your order is placed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the time of year.
If your order includes items with different availability or delivery schedules, they will be consolidated into a single shipment that will be dispatched once all items are available.
You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped from our warehouse.
We ship from our local warehouses in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Europe.
Orders to Australia, Asia, and other international destinations will ship as international shipments from our EU or US warehouses. International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.
Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to some countries, including Brazil, Mexico, and Russia. We are committed to expanding our reach and plan to include more destinations soon.
For orders within the EU, UK, US, and Canada, all applicable taxes are included in the price. For international orders outside these regions, you will be responsible for paying any local taxes or customs fees at the time of delivery.

Yes, once your order has shipped from our local warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order online
Sometimes it takes a day or two for the tracking number to become active. If it’s still
not working after 48 hours, contact us at support@reggiegames.com. There may be a delay in the tracking system updating, but we can help resolve any issue.
If your order is delayed, please check the tracking information for updates. If the delay exceeds the estimated delivery time or if you have concerns, contact us at support@reggiegames.com for assistance. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
If your package arrives significantly damaged, please contact us immediately. We are
happy to provide replacements free of charge for damaged items. Provide photos of the damage and any relevant details to help us process your request efficiently.
