Shipping to US, EU, UK and Canada
A limited stock is currently available in our EU and US warehouses. Any "in stock" item purchased and available in these locations is expected to be delivered within 1-2 weeks from the purchase date.
A major restock is expected to arrive in early February for the US and CA warehouses, and in the second half of February for the EU and UK warehouses.
Along with this restock, the new expansions will also reach our hubs, with deliveries scheduled to begin in February:
- Early February for US and CA
- Second half of February for EU and UK
Note: This timing difference is due to a slowdown in container shipments bound for the EU, which currently take around 60 days — nearly twice as long as those heading to North America.
Shipping to Asia, Australia and Rest of the World
New stock is currently available for pre-order for customers in Asia, Australia, and most other regions worldwide.
These orders are part of the upcoming restock and are expected to arrive in our warehouses from the second half of February. These orders will be shipped from our EU hub via international shipping methods. Customers are responsible for any applicable local taxes, import duties, or customs fees upon delivery.

Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to some countries, including Brazil, Mexico, and Russia. We are committed to expanding our reach and plan to include more destinations soon.
For orders within the EU, UK, US, and Canada, all applicable taxes are included in the price. For international orders outside these regions, you will be responsible for paying any local taxes or customs fees at the time of delivery.
Yes, US prices account for import tariffs. Due to international uncertainty and the real impact on costs, the US price list for Primal: The Awakening has been updated and unified to reflect the current situation. While we absorb part of the costs and associated risks, a slight price increase is unavoidable.

Yes, once your order has shipped from our local warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order online
Sometimes it takes a day or two for the tracking number to become active. If it’s still
not working after 48 hours, contact us at support@reggiegames.com. There may be a delay in the tracking system updating, but we can help resolve any issue.

If your package arrives significantly damaged, please contact us immediately. We are
