Refund policy

 

We're happy to assist with returns and refunds under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds
  • Unless exceptions apply, you are eligible to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • To request a return or a refund, please contact us at support@reggiegames.com.
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with the address for shipping your package back. Please be aware that you’ll be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
  • Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them. If the product meets these conditions, we will process a full refund (minus any applicable platform transaction fees).
  • If the returned item does not meet these conditions (e.g., it’s been opened or used), we will issue a partial refund, reflecting the diminished value of the product.
  • Products returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund Process
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method. Please note that any platform transaction fees will be deducted from the final refund.

Damaged Products and Replacements
  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us promptly if any items are defective, significantly damaged, or incorrect.
  • Minor damage may inevitably occur during transit; however, we will gladly provide replacements free of charge for substantial damage.
